Since 1990, Debra and Lamfers & Associates have been collaborating with clients by listening closely to their objectives and designing award-winning concepts that support their messages, distinguish them from their competitors and gain them market share.

Combining advanced problem-solving, strategic planning and clear communications Debra keeps focused on both the big picture and the project details creating solutions tailored to the client's goals.

Debra is a member of both the National and San Francisco Chapters of the American Institute of Graphic Artists. She is also a mentor with Open A Door Foundation, a nonprofit building global female leadership by supporting women from developing countries win scholarships and attend college in the US. 

While keeping one foot planted in design, Debra also supports creative professionals with leadership, executive and team coaching.
